These Zoom drop-in sessions and workshops are open to all staff at the University of Auckland.
Panopto Video – recordings from the Panopto drop-in sessions for Semester One 2022 are now available. See the heading Q&A and Training from the Panopto support homepage. One-to one support is also available by sending a request to the Canvas team. Drop-in sessions will recommence at the start of Semester Two.
Inspera Online Assessments – drop-in sessions for staff are advertised via the Inspera support page on the Staff Intranet.
Canvas support is also available to staff on request.
There are no other drop-in sessions scheduled at this time.
Having trouble joining a Zoom session?
If you can’t join the session (e.g., you are in the Zoom Waiting Room), you may not have logged in using your University staff account. Therefore, log out, then:
- Open Zoom in your browser
- Click SIGN IN at the top-right of the screen
- Enter your University of Auckland credentials via Unisign
- Follow the Zoom link to join the session
