Academic misconduct

The Academic Integrity Breach Reporting Form should be used to submit allegations of academic misconduct stemming from non-invigilated examinations held online.

All allegations of academic misconduct should be submitted in full as soon as possible. Please pay careful attention to the evidence you are attaching to ensure all allegations can be properly investigated.
